All are billed under Naturopathic Medicine services so can potentially be covered under extended health insurance plans.

Anti-inflammatory
Gut Health Reset
We are what we absorb. Nutrient status and lowering inflammation are key for proper hormone function, energy levels and general health but this all relies on actually absorbing the nutrients and vitamins from our food and supplements- which occurs in the gut.
This 4 week program includes evidence-based dietary strategies for supporting the growth of the beneficial bacteria in our microbiome to support proper gut function.
The focus is on the ADDITION of real food, not a restrictive removal of food groups. Emphasis on high fiber, fermented, resistant starches and polyphenol-rich food and avoidance of ultra-processed packaged food. Meal timing and spacing is another key strategy included.

Improving Heart Rate Variability (HRV) to lower stress, anxiety and improve work performance.
Behind the scenes I’m doing my training to become HeartMath certified. Utilizing HeartMath® biofeedback technology and portable sensors, we measure Heart Rate Variability (HRV) in real-time to train the nervous system for "coherence." This clinical approach allows patients to shift from burnout, stress and anxiety to peak mental clarity and calm in under three minutes. These tools can be practiced outside of the office to more effectively recharge our internal battery.
